Defence Drill
Both students wear gloves.
Both Bow to ensure both are ready.
Attacker = Any Kick (Front straight, Rear straight, swing, reverse swing, Side kick (front or rear), Heel
kick, Crescent kick etc…
Defender = Low Blocks appropriately (fist closed), then counter attack with any 4-5 punching & kicking
techniques.
Attacker = slides back with hands & arms covering face.
Defender = When finished attacking slide back calling and pointing to attacker “stay there”!
