Learn Self Defence - Get Fit - HAVE FUN !
Both students wear gloves.
Both Bow to ensure both are ready.
Attacker = Any punch (Front straight, Rear straight, Round, Backfist, Knife hand strike, Palm
strike, uppercut etc…)
Defender = Blocks appropriately, then counter attack with any 4-5 punching & kicking techniques.
Attacker = slides back with hands & arms covering face.
Defender = When finished attacking slide back calling and pointing to attacker “stay there”!
