(Reaction Training) (to ensure both are ready) Right front stance. Attacker Suddenly attempts to grab defenders Belt. (This simulates an aggressive grab or low body punch) Defender Steps back while slamming down a double handed 'T' block onto attackers hand. Counter attack using 3 - 4 punches and kicking techniques. Attacker arms covering face for protection Defender When finished counter attacking slide back.
