Green Belt Speed Drill
Green speed drill.
Start in 'chumbi' position.
Step into LEFT front stance, at the same time front (left) punch.
Rear punch (right hand) weave rear punch (right hand).
Rear REVERSE SWING kick (right leg). Land in right front stance.
SWITCH into right front stance
Slide forward in right stance, at the same time front (right) punch.
Rear punch (left hand) weave rear punch (left hand).
Rear REVERSE SWING kick (left leg). Land in left front stance.
Slide back to 'chumbi'.
