IL Dan (Black Belt Speed Drill)
Start in Left front stance. Switch legs to RIGHT front stance whilst doing a LEFT hand eye jab. Rear kick (LEFT leg). Front punch (LEFT hand). Rear Punch (RIGHT Hand) weave Rear Punch. Rear leg (RIGHT leg) swing kick. Spinning side kick (LEFT leg). Knife hand strike (LEFT hand). Rear punch (RIGHT hand) weave rear punch. SWITCH legs to RIGHT front stance. Rear kick (LEFT leg) RIGHT about turn facing opposite direction, should now be in right (RIGHT front stance). Switch legs to LEFT front stance whilst doing a RIGHT hand eye jab. Rear kick (RIGHT leg). Front punch (RIGHT hand). Rear Punch (LEFT Hand) weave Rear Punch. Rear leg (LEFT leg) swing kick. Spinning side kick (RIGHT leg). Knife hand strike (RIGHT hand). Rear punch (LEFT hand) weave rear punch. SWITCH legs to LEFT front stance. Rear kick (RIGHT leg). LEFT about turn facing opposite direction, should now be in LEFT front stance --Finished!
Chumbi Step back into LEFT front stance whilst front doing (RIGHT arm) twisting block and rear (LEFT hand) palm strike. Front (RIGHT leg) low swing kick. Pull down shoulders onto rear (RIGHT) knee strike. Rear elbow (LEFT elbow) weave rear elbow. 'Ball of the foot' turn to the LEFT Repeat 3 times to the LEFT. Come back to chumbi. Step back into RIGHT front stance ....repeat form turning to the RIGHT. Final move rear (LEFT) elbow strike.

Chumbi Step back into LEFT front stance whilst front doing (RIGHT arm) twisting block and rear (LEFT hand) palm strike. Front (RIGHT leg) low swing kick. Pull down shoulders onto rear (RIGHT) knee strike. Rear elbow (LEFT elbow) weave rear elbow. 'Ball of the foot' turn to the LEFT Repeat 3 times to the LEFT. Come back to chumbi. Step back into RIGHT front stance ....repeat form turning to the RIGHT. Final move rear (LEFT) elbow strike.
