Yellow Belt Speed Drill
Yellow Belt speed drill.
Start in 'chumbi' position.
Step into LEFT front stance, at the same time front (left) punch.
Rear punch (right hand) weave rear punch (right hand).
Double Rear kick (right leg). (first kick low, 2nd kick higher).
Slide forward in right stance, at the same time front (right) punch.
Rear punch (left hand) weave rear punch (left hand).
Double Rear kick (left leg). (first kick low, 2nd kick higher).
Slide back to 'chumbi'.
