Overall: Well done Gabriella! Some fantastic stuff in your videos, I
especially loved your counter attacks and your blocks on white, yellow, and
gold belt defence drills! Just a couple of little things to mention - remember
to include twisting blocks in your yellow senior, it’s two sweeping blocks and
two twisting blocks.
On your orange try and use a double forearm to block a back fist as it’s
much more powerful! Gold and Gold senior were very good, your blocks
were very efficient - next time I’d like to see you block an uppercut and a
side kick!
Overall very good syllabus knowledge, counter attacks, noise and energy.
Great job Gabriella keep it up!
